Organic Swiss Water Decaf

Organic Swiss Water Decaf

ORGANIC. CHEMICAL‑FREE. DECAF DONE PROPERLY.

This specialty‑grade organic decaf coffee is produced using high‑quality green beans sourced through a Fairtrade‑audited supply chain. The blend brings together coffees from Sumatra, Ethiopia and South America, selected for balance, structure and flavour before decaffeination.

Caffeine is removed using the Swiss Water Process, a 100% chemical‑free method that relies only on water, temperature and time. By gently removing 99.9% of the caffeine while preserving the coffee’s natural characteristics, this process delivers a decaf that remains full‑flavoured, comforting and uncompromising.

The cup

Smooth and deeply satisfying, with notes of lime and orange citrus layered over dark chocolate sweetness. A coating body carries through the cup, finishing with a gentle lime‑like acidity and a subtle hint of nutmeg. Clean, balanced and flavour‑forward, this is a decaf designed to be enjoyed any time of day.

Why Swiss Water Process matters

The Swiss Water Process removes caffeine without the use of solvents or chemicals. Green beans are immersed in water saturated with coffee solids, allowing only caffeine molecules to be extracted while protecting the compounds responsible for flavour, body and aroma. The result is coffee without caffeine that still tastes unmistakably like coffee.
