AUSTRALIA
We’re passionate about you receiving delicious fresh roasted coffee. All orders will be packed within 3 working days of your order being placed. Please note that delivery times to more remote regional areas may take a little longer.

No one wants to be without coffee, so if for any reason you have not received your coffee within a timely manner, please contact us at hello@changecoffee.com.au and we’d be happy to follow it up for you.


INTERNATIONAL 
We regret that we are unable to deliver orders outside of Australia.


DELIVERY

All products will be dispatched within 3 working days of our website accepting the order (unless stated otherwise). Postage and handling charges will vary depending on the size, weight and delivery location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before the checkout. We reserve the right to choose our preferred courier at any time, which may also depend on the location of the delivery. We will advise you within three business days if products are not available, or if there may be a delay on your order.

CONSUMABLES WARRANTY 
If you are not 100% satisfied with any consumables purchased from the Change Coffee website, please contact us via our contact page for a replacement or credit of the purchase price within 14 days of shipment.
