Colombia Andino Huila, Medium Roast

Colombia Andino Huila, Medium Roast

JUICY, STRUCTURED AND DEEPLY COMFORTING

Colombian coffee‑growing landscapes. Photo: Julian Andres Carmona Serrato.

This single‑origin coffee comes from the Andean highlands of Pitalito, Huila, one of Colombia’s most respected coffee‑growing regions. Produced by smallholder farming families in and around Bruselas, this coffee reflects generations of knowledge passed down through family‑run farms, paired with careful harvesting and washed processing methods focused on quality and consistency.

Grown at elevations between 1,300–1,900 metres above sea level, the region’s cool climate, rich soils and steady rainfall help create coffees known for their sweetness, balance and clarity.

The cup

Juicy and bold, with ripe red fruit and nectarine, layered with panela sweetness, a creamy body and bright citrus acidity. Best enjoyed black to savour the flavours, though it performs beautifully with milk.
