Our coffee is roasted in Melbourne, either at our Blackburn roastery or with our aligned partner roaster Commonfolk for selected workplace blends. When your workplace needs machinery or servicing, Commonfolk looks after the technical side for us and also roasts a small range of our blends so your equipment runs perfectly. Every product still arrives in Change Coffee packaging and remains part of the Change Coffee impact model. Same purpose, same story, same positive outcomes.
How We Support Equipment Workplaces
For equipment supported workplaces, Commonfolk may support the day to day operations on our behalf. Support can include taking and fulfilling orders, delivering your coffee, providing servicing and technical care, with invoicing arrangements confirmed during onboarding.

How is the coffee priced, and do I get a discount?
Our workplace program offers competitive pricing and wholesale rates with low minimums. This makes it easy for businesses to switch to our ethical coffee. Fill out the form below, and we’ll get back to you with how it works.
Do you deliver the coffee to my workplace?
Yes. We roast fresh and dispatch orders every Tuesday and Friday.
- Orders placed before 12 pm on those days ship the same day.
- Orders placed after 12 pm will be sent on the next roast day.
We use Australia Post for express delivery for all business and wholesale orders. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
For workplaces using our equipment support program, delivery is managed by Commonfolk on our behalf to keep everything running smoothly.
Do you handle multisite rollouts and staff training?
Yes. For workplaces that need equipment support, our partner Commonfolk manages installation, staff training, servicing and ordering across all your locations on our behalf. We keep your menu consistent with shared recipes and provide ongoing impact updates from Change Coffee.

How does onboarding work, and how do I get started?
Getting started is simple and hassle-free:
1. Initial consultation: We’ll chat with you to understand your workplace needs, including coffee volume, equipment requirements, and any extras such as chai, drinking chocolate, or instant coffee.
As a bonus, we can send you some samples so you can taste-test and feel confident in your choice (who doesn’t love a free sample?!)
We’ll also review your current setup, team size, and any budget or space requirements to make sure everything fits your workplace perfectly.
2. Tailored plan: Based on your needs, we’ll recommend the best option, whether it’s flexible ordering, scheduled deliveries, or a full equipment + coffee bundle.
3. Setup & training: If you need equipment, we’ll handle installation, servicing, and provide interactive team training (including coffee recipes and troubleshooting tips).
4. Impact tools: You’ll receive co-branded materials, impact stories, and reporting tools so you can share your workplace’s positive impact with staff and stakeholders.
5. Ongoing support: We’re here for top-ups, servicing, and any adjustments you need, flexible and responsive.
