We’re on a mission to transform everyday choices (aka your favourite espresso) into systemic change

Every day, 34,000 World Vision staff and tens of thousands of volunteers worldwide work to empower children to live lives filled with joy.

Backed by World Vision, we reinvest 100% of profits into programs that empower communities.

We support vulnerable children, partner with First Nations peoples, and build climate resilience.

Our coffee is ethically sourced, but the impact goes far beyond the supply chain. We fund programs that deliver health, education, and livelihoods, helping communities thrive.

We believe the little things can make a latte of difference

Starting as the humble “Little Things Coffee” in 2016, we expanded into a roaring roastery in Blackburn, Victoria, in 2019.

Little Things Coffee became Change Coffee, and our mission truly ignited to help fight poverty through everyday, sustainable products.

Our specialty coffee supports the livelihood of people across the globe. Not only do you get a full, delicious taste, but your simple ritual can help children grow and give them the joyful lives they deserve.

The heart of World Vision Australia

With your help, we’re driving ambitious change across multiple interconnected areas of impact.

  • Children

We work relentlessly to help children grow up healthy and safe with the skills they need to rewrite their futures.

  • First Nations

We support First Nations communities to lead their own development so their children thrive.

  • Climate

We’re leading the way to slow climate change, prevent species loss and end extreme poverty for millions of people.

  • Emergency Response

We also help support life‑saving emergency food and nutrition responses, giving children and families the essentials they need in their toughest moments.

Bean-to-community social impact

World Vision Australia allocates 84% of its operating expenses directly to field programs and advocacy work, supporting vulnerable families and communities.

We’re here for the coffee-lover who cares about how their purchasing choices impact themselves, others and the world.

We bring intention to your everyday rituals, helping us create meaningful global change without compromising on taste.

Every caffeine-filled blend of bliss you buy from us supports community-led futures shaped by culture, opportunity, and climate resilience.

By simply switching to Change Coffee, your values move from something you feel to something you fuel, making a real-world impact.

  • Source

We work hard to source and create specialty-grade products. Every bean we buy meets our strict ethical guidelines, ensuring it’s free from modern slavery, exploitation, and environmental harm.

We only work with accredited, third-party-verified supply chains and importers certified by Fairtrade, Rainforest Alliance or B Corp.

This guarantees fair wages, safe working conditions and sustainable farming practices.

For full sourcing transparency, certifications, origin information and governance policies, visit our Transparency & Impact Hub.

  • Craft

Our team meticulously cup and taste, batch roast, then package and ship our range of award-winning coffees from our warehouse in Blackburn, Melbourne.

We use afterburner technology to capture and eliminate harmful emissions during roasting, ensuring our process is as clean and sustainable as possible.

  • Distribute

We sell our sustainable coffee beans online across Australia to conscious consumers. We also provide wholesale to corporate offices, hospitality venues and values-aligned social enterprises and events.

We also love collaborating with food and beverage brands to create co-branded products that amplify impact.

We’re an Australian coffee brand, accredited by the following organisations

We make really good, award-winning coffee. But not because we said so:

  • Purpose Over Profit

We’re driven by impact, not income. Every dollar of profit helps support vulnerable children, First Nations communities, and climate action. We understand our customers want their purchases to align with their values, so we give them a simple way to make a real, tangible difference and feel good about it!

  • Transparency

We keep things open, honest, and easy to understand. With accredited sourcing and clear reporting on where profits go, you’ll always know exactly what your purchase supports. No greenwashing and no guesswork, you know where your money is going. We cover operational costs and are building towards reinvesting 100% of profits. Every single purchase from you helps us get there!

  • Ethical Every Day Choices

We make doing good feel easy. From ethical sourcing of our coffee beans to fair partnerships across our supply chain, every cup supports better livelihoods. We know you want accessible, ethical options, and we give you clear, trustworthy choices you can feel good about any day of the week. It’s not hard to get involved, and you don’t have to do anything unhinged (like sell everything and move to a rainforest!).

  • Joyful Activism

We inject a bit of light-heartedness into serious causes, because helping can be fun too! By keeping things light, warm, and human, we want you to feel empowered, not overwhelmed, about the impact you can create.

  • Equity, Inclusion and Justice

We stand for voices often sidelined in global systems. We help fund programs that advance equity and long-term change. We know you value diversity and want your support to matter. Every purchase helps create a fairer, more inclusive future.

  • Environmental Impact

We make choices that help protect the planet. From climate-focused profit reinvestment to sustainable sourcing and recyclable packaging. As a People and Planet Certified brand, we’re committed to ongoing, climate-conscious practices. You care about reducing your footprint, so we offer products that create less waste and support a healthier future for the Earth (because it’s the only one we’ve got!).
