FAQs
When and where is the coffee roasted?
We’re a social enterprise, Australian coffee brand, championing ethically sourced coffee and roasting it right here in Melbourne. We roast our beans fresh in our roastery located within our Little Things Cafe warehouse in Blackburn, and dispatch orders on Tuesdays and Fridays.
When will my order be dispatched?
We don’t like to keep you waiting for your fix, so if you order before 12 pm on Tuesday and Friday, we’ll ship the same day! Orders placed after 12 pm will be sent on the next roast day.
How does delivery and shipping work?
We use Australia Post for delivery, and most orders arrive within 2-7 business days.
You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships. We also offer express post options for those who need their caffeine hit, stat!
Can I trust Change Coffee's ethical claims?
Yes! Our coffee is ethically sourced with these verifications:
- Social Traders – Certified social enterprise
- People + Planet First – Verified ethical and sustainable business
- ACFID – Member of the Australian Council for International Development
- ACNC – Registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-Profits Commission
