Recipe: Italian Thick Hot Chocolate

A luxuriously thick and indulgent way to enjoy your hot chocolate with the richness of drinking a melted chocolate bar.
Ingredients:
- 50g of chopped dark chocolate
- 1 Tablespoons sweetener of choice: honey, maple syrup or sugar
- 2 tablespoons Change Chocolate
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
Method:
- In a small bowl add a ¼ cup of milk and cornstarch and whisk until smooth
- Add the mixture to a saucepan over medium heat with the remainder of milk and all other ingredients. Whisk together until smooth, and you’ve reached your desired temperature.
- Carefully pour into your favourite mug, put your feet up, and enjoy!
